Ambassadors will lay wreath on 9 May during closed ceremony

Unfortunately this year’s 9 May ceremony will once again take place without public attendance. During the annual commemoration, Victory day in several former Soviet republics, there will be a private wreath laying ceremony. Ambassadors, mayors and representatives of the provincial and central government will lay a wreath in time slots to prevent a gathering of people. On 9 May the Military Cemetery will therefore be closed to the public from 10.30 to 12.00 hours.
